A HISTORY OF GROWTH AND INNOVATION
The Master Mind Concept of Core Hospitality International is Karl L. Waelti, born in Basel, Switzerland in 1946. The solid foundation of 44 years experience in the hotel & restaurant industry drives the development of Core Hospitality International in a speedy manner. He spends six years as the Regional Director Food & Beverage for Shangri-la International. He was heavily involved on the development of Shangri–la Penang, Bangkok, Hong Kong, Singapore, Beijing and Kuala Lumpur. He also develops The Aberdeen Marina Club, the five stars Marina Club in Hong Kong. In the development of Pan Pacific Singapore, a hotel with 800 rooms and 12 FB outlets he was involved from the scratch. He was then assigned to lead Pan Pacific Hotel Auckland New Zealand as General Manager.

Extraordinary staff is developed enabling excellent delivery of what is promised. Develop key profit drivers: in Brand development (best product & concept). Maximizing in profit and return generations. Aiming Primary development is in Indonesia and secondary, all over Asia – Pacific Region.
